Payments

Paying for your fly selections could not be easier with 100% protection for your personal and credit card information with PayPal secure online transactions and privacy policy. Your credit/debit card or PayPal account will be debited and your goods despatched immediately to your home or stated delivery address within seven working days (UK mainland).

All flies/lures selections are sold in packs containing multiples of ten only.

Refunds and Returns 

Using the PayPal secure payments scheme gives you peace of mind when paying for your items and all flies are tied by the author to his own exacting standards. After you have placed your order please allow 7 working days for your order to arrive (UK mainland, 10 days for addresses outside the UK) allowing for unlikely problems that may occur when dealing with suppliers and the postal service.

If you are not satisfied with your order or if your order is damaged in the post please e-mail me (gavin@carcharodonangling.co.uk) as soon as possible to arrange for the return of items. Replacement items or a full refund will be dispatched as quickly as possible upon receipt of any damaged goods.
